Delivery Information

At House of Hayaa, we keep delivery simple, reliable, and stress-free. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail so you can trust your items will arrive quickly and safely.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked is the service we use to deliver your parcels. Price is set at (please see at checkout)

Free Delivery

We’re pleased to offer FREE standard delivery on all orders above £22. Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Tracking

Every order comes with a Royal Mail tracking number, so you can follow your parcel from the moment it leaves us until it reaches your doorstep. 

Be sure to double check your email is correct and check your junk mail.

Note to customers: email handles using "@icloud.com" "@icloud.co.uk" are not supported and you will not recieve emails from House Of Hayaa.

Please be sure to use an alernative email handle or sign up for SMS notifications if this is not possible.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship to UK addresses only.
