At House of Hayaa, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a simple 14-day return policy.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, hijabs and underscarves cannot be returned once tried on, unless faulty. Box sets must be returned in full (all items included).
Refunds will not be issued if items show signs of wear, smell of perfume or other scents, or are damaged due to customer use. Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be processed.
We provide free shipping on all UK orders, but customers are responsible for covering the cost of sending items back to us. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process a refund for the product price only (our original delivery cost is non-refundable).
Returns are usually checked within 5 working days of arrival. Refunds are then issued to your original payment method and may take up to 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or style, the item must meet our return criteria and be approved first. Once your refund is processed, you can place a new order through our website with free shipping included.
Orders are dispatched within 12 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return process.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may ask for photos and, in most cases, will arrange a replacement or refund. Depending on the situation, we may not require the faulty item to be returned.
